My name is Charles Coelho, Jr. I was raised on the islands of O`ahu & Moloka`i and graduated from Moloka`i High School in 1972. I continued my post-high school education at Honolulu Community College and in 1977 I received an AS degree in Electrical Wiring and Theory.
I have been in the construction business since 1983 as a Carpenter/Foreman and Project Manager. I am also a certified Quality Control Specialist. My qualifications as a residential and commercial property inspector include residential and commercial pools, spas, piers and bulkheads.
I received my formal certified training in the field of inspections through Building Specs, Inc. in Irvine, California.
